At Voxel Radiology, we are known for putting patient care and professionalism first. Our approach is simple.. listen to our patients, understand their concerns, and go that little bit further to make their experience better.In this case, we asked the patient to mark their pain points on a simple diagram. With no eyes, no lips and not much personality to begin with, the patient decided to give our little character a makeover - adding their own artistic touch and, most importantly, a strong emotional message. 

That one bold dot says it all:- not only was he experiencing pain, but he was also feeling a little sad about not getting the service he needed.

Sometimes, even a simple drawing can tell a surprisingly powerful story.
